We are proud and honoured to say that Royal was the first and pioneer in Pakistan for providing comprehensive security services for protection of Intellectual Property Right (IPR) of any kind. A team of well-trained and dedicated professionals, having vast experience in their respective fields, manages the Company. A service-oriented company deals with the matters relating to loss prevention/risk management and IPR, including registration of copyrights/trademarks/patents, investigative activities into industrial espionage, sabotage, anti piracy/counterfeits, corporate investigations, back ground checks, due diligence, surveys/polls, organizing police assisted raids under criminal laws against defaulters/counterfeiters including recoveries of goods/machinery, port monitoring and consultancy for protection of IPR. Having two main divisions; Operational & Legal, the company handles all IPR cases from collecting evidence of commission of offences through surveys, investigations, enforcement of law, to registration of criminal cases and pursuing the cases in courts, all over the country. Retired senior government officer having vast experience in security, intelligence and law enforcement heads the management. The Operational Division have on its roll, some of the best trained and motivated investigators having ample experience in carrying out corporate investigations, locating pirates, detecting the counterfeits, organizing the anti piracy raids. Similarly, a well-trained and thorough professional penal of lawyers, is handling all IPR related criminal or civil cases, in Legal Division. Main services being provided by Royal are: -

a. Investigations into the possible source of piracy/counterfeit, like underground pirate/counterfeit facilities or network of individuals.
b. Organize and conduct anti piracy/counterfeit raids through law enforcement agencies and initiate criminal proceedings against culprits.
c. IPR/Brand infringement security surveys and consultancy.
d. Survey of the general or target market to determine the level of piracy/counterfeit of any product, thereby establishing the losses to IPR owner.
e. Background checks, due diligence, enquiries, surveys and investigations into corporate matters.
f. Organizing police assisted raids under criminal laws against defaulters of financial institutions including recoveries of goods, machinery & vehicles.
g. Entry/Exit port monitoring in close coordination of Customs.
h. Legal advice in all IPR related matters and initiate legal; criminal as well as civil proceedings in the courts of law.
i. Assistance in registration of Copyright, Trademarks and Patents.
